Conductor | Leong Han Kuei
Mr. Leong Han Kuei began his musical journey under the tutelage of Mr. Tong Soo Kiew at the age of 10. He learnt composition and conducting from renowned Malaysian conductor Mr. Lai Kee Lim. Leong's conducting career took off after graduating from high school and has conducted in several contries such as Singapore, Taiwan, China and Hong Kong. Domestically, he has participated in major government events, conducting before the YDPA, Royal Families, Prime Minister and cabinet members. Leong has composed and arranged hundreds to pieces in various genres. His choir piece "Efforts" was awarded Champion, best lyrics and composition, and best performance awards in the National Song Writing and Composing Competition. His composition "Moon Chasing" was also ranked champion in the National Arts Festival organised by the Ministry of Culture and arts. Besides, two of his orchestral arrangements "Getaran Jiwa" and "Dance of the Golden snake" were chosen to be performed in the Hong Kong Youth Association art festival. In 2016, he conducted the pit orchestra in "Joyous Cadencies" concert featuring renowned vocalists Lim Cheng Hock and Angela Chock. Leong has led numerous champion-winning orchestras during his career and has won multiple best conductor awards for his outstanding performance.
Conductor | Siah Zheng Feng
Graduated from the Malaysian Institute of Art, learning Conducting skills under Mr. Kevin Field and Dizi performance skills under Mr. Tan Jie. Currently holding the position of assistant conductor for the Lee Rubber Chinese Orchestra Kuala Lumpur. Zheng Fong joined chinese orchestra during his high school years under the tutelage of Mr Choo Han Peng in Pin Hwa High School. After graduate, Zheng Fong actively participated in conducting masterclasses and workshops locally and overseas. In 2017, he participated in the 9th Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra Conducting Masterclass as a sit-in participant. He also completed the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra conducting masterclass in 2019 and Singapore Braddell Heights Symphony Orchestra conducting masterclass in 2020. Zheng Fong had the privilege of being guided by Mr. Kevin Field, The late Mr. Choo Han Peng, The late Mr. Lim Kuo Yung, Mr. Gerard Salonga, Mr. Yeh Tsung, Ms. Susanna Saw, and Mr. Jason Lai in his conducting studies. Recently in September 2022, he completed the RondoFest2022 conducting program and conducted in the Closing Gala Concert.
